This special pelham produces great results for the majority of horses and riders. The premium German Silver material mouthpiece increases salivation which stimulates the horse's mouth making the horse more comfortable. We have designed this mouthpiece to be ported which provides tongue relief.

The mouthpiece is not fixed between cheek pieces, instead the cheek pieces rotate 360 degrees. The mouthpiece can also slide up and down which maximizes the comfort level for the horse while the bit is engaged. When used in conjunction with a rotating cheek piece, we recommend the bit sit snugly in the horse's mouth to maximize its effect. This bit features a swivel mouthpiece that allows for horizontal rotation and the cheek piece to move independently. The main advantage of the swivel cheek piece is that the horse can set where it finds the mouthpiece most comfortable and in return removes tongue pressure.
